just sunny skies

A couple of random updates (due to lack of desire to vacuum my room):

First and foremost. I now drink beer. But limited to Miller Lite and any and all sorts of Mexican beers. (not in excess though, don't get any crazy ideas)

Which has led me on this path of cravings for limes. I love limes and its probably some deep hope that if I eat more limes I will become more Mexican.

I have one semester of Rock Valley left and then its on to the rest of my life

Still deciding what I want to do with the rest of my life. (Its a tuffy) (I am also accepting suggestions)

In the past month I have managed to completely mangle my feet on many different instances. Blisters from dancing, blisters from shoes (...silly girls), stubbing toes, running over toe nails with doors, etc... But today was the grand finale (we hope) of all mutilation to my feet. I jammed my big toe on the door at the library. I should include photos (because, yes indeed, I took some (may I add, I received some warranted odd looks) but I would like to encourage further reading).

I'm engaged

just kidding

I want to learn how to paint with oils.

My myspace addiction has pretty much faded. Its turned into a more healthy addiction. spider solitaire.

I washed my checking card today. In the washing machine. Its a good way to control my spending seeing its probably ceased all functioning.

Also today: I had a one top at work. I brought him biscuits and water and as I was about to pour his glass of water he stopped me and asked me to remove the water from his table. He wanted to cut down on his water intake. Ice tea instead.

Music choice for the past two weeks: Azure Ray

A year ago today I was riding the train home to Madrid from San Sebastion. I was down to four days left.

Lollapalooza. Less than two weeks...

uv rays decorate our youth with time

Today I have decided that I would make a good philosopher. In fact, I could hold a part time job at the same time. My part time job is probably what fuels most of my lifely questions. Why are middle age women so cranky? Since when are black dress socks a good idea with shorts and white sneakers? Why do we celebrate 8th grade graduations? Why are there memorial day sales (i mean really, what does memorial day have to do with Marshall Fields?)? And along that same thought process, why does Victorias Secret have semi semi semi annual sales? Why, why, why... I should really get paid for this stuff.
